We can order our squad to hold fire or spread out So why isn't there an order to make them charge and run

I’m moving from area to area or to the next objective my squad just walks there instead of running for some reason even when we’re losing it So why isn’t there a command to make them push forward or run instead they just walked to the objective

If you give them a “move to waypoint” order they will sprint to that location if they have stamina, else they just slow jog after you.
