I have been playing my event Chi Ha Kai and the HE shells are terrible…you need to hit soldiers directly just to get a kill…and even that isn’t a guarantee. The Japanese tanks are bad enough…are thes nerfed shells really necessary?
It has never changed.
In fact, 47mm HE are weak.

Tank ammo in all campaigns has been nerfed without any notification.
Nah, 105mm Sherman was crazy how much it killed with a single bullet and now you can’t even kill with a headshot.

Certainly, Japan’s Chi-Nu can’t destroy Sherman from the front.
I hope Chi-To will be changed to BR3.

I am trying to level up my Tanker II’s and this is the best option that is not a BR I joke or high tier.
That’s right.
Japan’s deployment of tank BR is a little wrong.
Ho-Ni 3 and Na-To should be BR2 and Chi-To should be BR3.
To be honest, I think just changing these two will open our breath.

If you don’t upload proof, they tell you that you don’t happen, if you do upload tests they tell you “ability problem” this forum has less and less IQ xD
The nerf is noticeable in all BRs, the Tiger H also had enormous damage with its HE ammo and now if you kill 3 out of 20 bots with one shot it’s a lot.
I don’t normally play tanks, but I have been on a tear with the gay looking boat tank. 
Not hard, I find a spot and blast the cap point from the gray zone like everyone else. However, not everyone rides in style like I do in the boat tank. The only thing I like about it is it carries seven dudes, so I mainly use it as an assaulter carrier.

This is why chi ha kai should be br 1. It is literally japanese equivalent of m5 stuart or panzer 3j. The gun sucks while premium chi ha gets HEAT in br 1

No they always sucked.
We should also get Chi-Nu II at BR3. So we could have two tanks that are somewhat comparable to Shermans.
