Wait, is the P38 just a better Luger?

So I was looking at the stats and noticed that the P38 is just plain out better than the Luger.

Name Reload Alt reload Vertical recoil Horizontal
Walther P38 2.0 1.5 29 19
Luger P08 2.4 2.0 31 21

(these are the differing stats, in every other way they are identical.)

In every single stat that is not the same between the 2 guns the P38 is better. The Luger is a tier 2 pistol. The P38 is a tier 1 pistol. Why is a tier 1 pistol better in every way than its tier 2 counterpart?

The feel (also it’s just a little difference, not even a issue using it over it anyday)

The recoil yes but the.5 longer reload makes a huge difference. (some who uses the pistol a lot)

P38 way cheaper.

I preffer the P38 is cheaper so for equip a ton of soldiers is better

Both are good, but I still use the Mauser.

I prefer the P38 over the Luger, and the C96 over it, but I only give Lugers and C96s to the ‘officers’ of my squad.

I used the p08 , and the p38 and i have them on different squads and end guys , I like them , both in my opinion
