Vehicle skin QoL: Make basic camo for Tank unlockable with kill count requirement

Right now all camouflage for tank is locked behind pay wall despite each faction has more camo variation than in War Thunder and often time default tank camo look like a sore thumb in certain maps (Example: T-26 default camo in Moscow snow map and Panzer 38(t) F default camo in Tunisia map)
so i propose to change the camo system to enable us to unlock the basic camo for each map background (Winter, Desert and Forest/urban) with 2-3 unlockable camo

Example of my unlockable camo proposal:

  1. Panzer III J


    Default camo

    Desert camo

    Winter camo

    Forest camo

  2. M3 Grant


    Default camo (desert camo)

    Forest/Urban camo

    Winter camo

And just like in War Thunder each camo for tank has different kill requirement for unlocking it and in which rank the tank is sit in so if we implement this it should be like this:
Example Panzer III J, BR I
Forest camo= Kill requirement 100 kill
Desert camo= Kill requirement 150 kill
Winter camo= Kill requirement 200 kill
for tank in next higher BR the kill requirement can be multiplied by 1.5x imo
Example M3 Grant, BR II
Winter camo= Kill requirement 150 kill
Forest/Urban camo= Kill requirement 225 kill
and so on…

This requirement is just example of my proposal, if implemented the Dev can choose which camo is unlockable and adjust the kill requirement numbers to unlocking camo based on test and player feedback

Also one last thing, if some player already purchasing the unlockable camo if this proposal is implemented they should be refunded with the Gold they spent for the camo and they can use it for others like purchasing another camo or buying premium.

Way more stuff should be unlockable by playing. Decals and shite especially. They’re nearly free to create, the dev could have 1 artist add 30 decals in a day.

I don’t have any idea what the financial plan/situation is with the game, and what limited amount of content is left to be able to add and monetize, but some stuff is just super simple and cheap to add, and should be free + effort to obtain, vs other actual premium content that would remain paid.

Maybe lock “unlockable” things like decals and portraits and whatever behind actual ingame achievements, but ONLY during premium account time, as an extra incentive to buy premium time (ex: Soviet sniper portrait unlocked by getting 1000 kills with soviet sniper class, while premium account is active). Fwiw i have played probably 50-100 different f2p games across computer and mobile, and have never spent 1 cent in any of them before enlisted, which I’ve been playing around 3 months and have spent probably $40 in (not a lot, but a helluva lot more than $0 in all the other games combined)

yeah, i prefer if DF just copy Decal, Decoration slot and variation from WT to Enlisted, also make some of them unlockable with some special decal can be obtained from mini event

as long it’s just base colors like WT, i don’t see why not.

perhaps along side that " contract " thingy devs have said to be working on for the decals.
slap camos on it as well and it should work i’d reckon.

yep the reason i propose basic camo as unlockable is to at least minimized tank default camo become a sore thumb in certain maps and make another camo pattern an option for purchase.
