There is a lack of United States Marine Corps in Enlisted.
So I’m going to make a proposal for a USMC Aircraft.
But there are so many to add, so I’ll narrow it down to a few specific ones.
This aircraft is F6F-5N.
This Hellcat can equipped 2 1000Ibs bomb or 2 500Ibs bomb or 10 HVAR, 2 tinytim
It is equipped with 2 20mm AN-M2 and 4 12.7mm M2 cannons. However, the this Hellcat was a night fighter, which was less common in WWII than the regular F6F.
I suggested a different aircraft to avoid duplication with the premium F6F, but this was the only option in war thunder.
There is already a F6F Grumman Hellcat in the game that is BP, so if they were to add another Hellcat then it should be tech tree. This was a very common US plane with over 12k built, so IMOP it should have a place in the tech tree.
it’s not bp, it’s premium, unless there’s also a bp one I’m unaware of.
I voted no, mostly because, as a marine myself, I love the F5, it’s my favorite prop fighter, but the 5N can’t be done justice in enlisted.
Give me some TT/Event versions, br 3 for the 2x 500lbs, br 4 for 2x tiny tims because there’s only two and hard to aim, br 5 for 2x 1000lbs and 10x hvar. Would add some variety to US fighters, cuz right now at br 2 I basically only fly the premium p40, br3 is all about the Mustang, and br 5 has the Corsair or the Meteor. I’d fly a br5 hellcat with 2x 1000lb bombs or 10 hvars over the meteor just because
