Idk what it suppose to be. But WT wiki says 24secs with ace crew.
So it’s still going to have laughable anti infantry capabilities in comparison to BR2 howitzer tanks.
Because reload speed is primarily what makes them so good against infantry. Not big splash radius.

If you are logging in and seeing a pop up about extra Gold:
You can ignore it, it’s a known bug, and affects nothing on your account. In fact, it actually just shows your prior purchases up to a certain time limit, so it’s harmless.

ehh let it go, it was a meme vehicle even on BR2.
Skfz 234/3 is still BR2 and is better, its my main tank in BR2 with Axis.
