Fps usually hit between 90-130@1080p, but the PC isn’t being fully used most of the time.
I used to have better frames before this new update, I checked with MSI Afterburner stats, and my GPU(RTX 2060 Super) almost never hits 99%, CPU(i5 9600K) is fine at 30-40%, so no bottleneck.
I observed GPU usage to be between 60 and 90%, very inconstant, the game is not using fully hardware capabilities.
