Unplanned maintenance completed (September 12th, 2025)

Thank you for the update and official statement about the unplanned maintenance. I appreciate that Battle Pass progress has been restored for ‘all’ affected players.

However, in my case nothing has changed yet. I still cannot access the Elite Battle Pass that I purchased, and many of my stats/achievements are still showing incorrectly or are missing.

Can someone please confirm whether my account will be fully restored (including Elite BP access and all stats)? If so, when can I expect that?

INCORRECT…it STILL say I need to purchase the BP again, which I already did yet I WASN’T restored my gold…I was already on my way to climbing my ranks to Marshal yet NONE of that is restored. So now you honestly expect me to repay for the BP after you just stole my gold?

Same as me…I know they are trying to gouge for money now but this platform is getting PATHETIC!

SHOULD be able to reinstate??? We can’t play like normal when this server wiped out our paid BP…sorry I am not in the mood to give this anymore money to see IF they can fix this correctly.

Update: missing premium battle pass should be returned now!

So I make a post and seconds later I magically have my paid BP reinstated? What about all of my stats…do I seriously need to start everything from zero and grind for Marshal again? This is clearly the OPPOSITE of all my posts on how to fix the game and BP…getting hacked isn’t it.
I seriously hope there is some free stuff coming for all of the stress and panick this has caused…EVERY othe company does when they screw up in order to stop player base getting distrusting and leave.
Not to mention that now game mechanics are screwed up…a win an battlehero should be 2 points…3 battles in being first place and wins for a whopping 3 points. Is everything here screwed up? Why should players have faith investing money?

Thanks for the update — the Elite Battle Pass is back for me now.
However, my stats/achievements are still missing, just to let you know.

why so harsh?

So if the old stats will be reinstated, will it add to what we currently grind? If so, a win is being counted as a point, but not being a battle hero…will there be a way to add those missing points too as grinding for a win is sad when you only go up a point at a time.

where is redemption codes for resources like gold and redeem them through the in-game for this update?

The sequence of login days has also been lost. I wanted to get nickname decorator 2, then 3 years, I had 165 days, now it’s back to 1 day.

If I find something particularly toxic, it’s a white knighting.

And yes, it’s the fault of the lead community manager who failed to inform us throughout the whole day. Not all people use social media. And the reason they’re here on the forums is specifically to learn more informations about the game.

I find the toxicness in this community towards the developers is well deserved and they deserve much more because they can’t keep any of their promises and they refuse to be transparent with their community.

And when they have the chance to put out some fires they don’t even do that and they just let things continue burning.

Most players on Enlisted forum care deeply about this game and critise it because they are well aware of it’s true potential which is being wasted.
Most of Enlisted devs moved on to work on Active Matter, leaving behind a skeleton crew that does not only fail to deliver reasonable content on time but also refuse to make minimal effort changes that are highly demanded by the community, but Gaijin is still milking us regardless of content quality delivered to fund Active Matter, a game none of us are interested in.

So please tell, who is toxic here?

Was I even talking to Ronald McDonalds? It was addressed to the devs, but since there are no devs on the forum beyond one that posts like once per year or so, there is so much you can do to address them.
But do I really need to explain that to a seasoned game forum user?

Yeah Imagine you cannot access the BP which you bought with gold/ money, and you cannot access it and after God knows how long, your CM tells you that it will be fixed soon, and then some jackass calls you toxic for that.

Yeah, people gave up because people on the internet were mean and not because they were not listened to by the devs and were frustrated by the game’s development.

You are new here, I guess, so I would say let’s see how long that optimism lasts.

“Unplanned maintenance not completed”

Take a look at the additional rewards that players are allowed to obtain in the same error in “War Thunder” and “War Thunder - Mobile”.
All the problems that occurred in these two games have been fixed.
In “War Thunder”, the BP rewards obtained by some players for additional levels are recognized as legal property.
AM has received a new fixed version.
Only enlsited completed the repair of BP after 14 hours. The player statistics have been postponed by at least one weekend.
And there is no additional compensation or effective consolation.

Who should bear the responsibility and the mistake?
Who is preventing players from continuing to choose to trust enlisted?
Who used some false text titles?

PS: There are still a large number of unfinished, low-quality, one-sided and narrow, rudimentary, imperfect and factory reset contents on the 2024 roadmap.

There are still 110 days until 2026.
