my record was ~145 kills with one soldier and 1 life in regular match. you need obstacle for bot aggro reset and you can farm unless some human kills you.

I played one custom match against bots where I killed I think 130-140 and never lost a squad. I ended up at the last cap point with my last soldier fighting with a pistol because I was out of ammo. 
I was seconds from death, but we captured just as my last bullets were almost spent.
Against other people? I have never played a game without losing at least one squad.

This isn’t an immortal soldier; it’s a soldier who likes to snipe robots from behind.
How about these opposites in my battle yesterday…
A tense fight that lasted almost 44 minutes…very long for a invasion battle.
Our team was defending against the enemy invasion.
- a player on my team lost 35 squads in 44 minutes…how do you lose almost a squad per minute?
- a player on the enemies team lost 0 squad while attacking for 44 minutes…how?
No matter how, I respect and thank both players for their effort, the battle was very enjoyable and lasted until our last point, the enemy already touched it but ran out of tickets.

The zero loss squad … I have done that before on a Tunisa map with a Dickermax tank defending. Had the tank in between 2 buildings in the rear and smoked them every time the enemy advanced to the point.
Bottom line: Probably a well hid tank on BRII or III
