The idea here is about introduction of cosmetic items that were present at some point of history but yet, were just experimental or too uncommon in WW2 to be given for every soldier as a standard issue gear. We already got a lot of experimental, interwar or WW1 guns, so here are few examples I came up with that could appear to be used in Enlisted at some point. I don’t know much about uniforms, so these will be mostly about head wear, even though cool looking I tried avoiding helmets with full face masks as Im sure you wouldn’t like to have knights running around. I didnt also included items that don’t have any photos or drawings available or such that belong to a nationality that wasn’t added in any way to the game at least just yet.
US:
- WW1 US M17 Helmet
- WW1 US M1917A1 “Kelly Helmet”
- WW1 US Experimental Infantry Helmet No. 5
- WW1 US Experimental No 2 Deep Salade Helmet
- WW1 US Experimental Heavy Body Armor (As long as soviet armors grant resistance, it would be fair for other body armors to grant it too)
- WW2 US Body Armor
- Various WW2 M1 helmets with different looks (MP, with Military rank insignia, glossy ones with stars etc)
- WW2 US M-3 Flak Helmet
British Commonwealth:
- WW1 British Experimental visor Helmet (Im aware of the one ww1 helmet that is in the files, though it includes a whole big face plate and not just eye visor)
- WW1 British Body Armor
- WW2 British Body Armor (already in the files)
- WW2 British Army Military Tropical Pith Helmet
- WW2 British Brodie Helmet with decals
Germany:
- WW1 Lobster Body Armor (already in the files)
- WW1 M1916 Helmet
- WW1 M1916 Stirnpanzer (the event assault engineer one have the plate but on WW2 stahlhelm)
- WW1 Austro-Hungarian Stahlhelm
- Interwar M1933 Civic Helmets (Feuerwehr / Polizei / Luftschutz variants) Very cool looking
- WW1 M1918 Stahlhelm Cutout helmet Cavalry Model

- WW2 Luftschutz Gladiator Helmet (1938–45)
- WW2 Thale B II Helmet
- WW2 Fiberglass / Composite Experimental Helmets (1944)
Italy:
- WW1 Adrian Helmet

- WW1 Farina helmet
- Interwar Elmetto M31 REI Modello 1931 Helmet (a cooler looking prototype of M33 helmet)
- Interwar Italian Early M33 helmet (different from WW2 M33 because of its semi-gloss paint and high-quality liner)
- WW2 M33 helmet with decals
USSR:
- WW1 Sohlberg Helmet (Domestically produced Adrian Helmet with red star)
- WW1 Russian M17 Helmet
Couldn’t find anything more
Japan:
- WW1 Japanese Adrian Helmet Variant (you can even find photos of it being used in 1931 Manchuria)
- “Interwar” Japanese IJA “Cherry Blossom” helmet (could be a navy variant, as Sakura decal fits the Flowery helmet top vent)
- “Interwar” Japanese Body Armor
- WW2 Japanese Armored Vest (US M-1952 armored vest in Korean War was influenced by it)
- WW2 Imperial Japanese Navy Shinyo Helmet
- WW2 Japanese Civil Defense / Fire Brigade Helmets (Bōkōbō Helmets)
So question is, how would you like such cosmetics to be obtained?
- To be rewarded for a certain amount of different battle hero rewards
- New cosmetics should be given for completion of tasks in future events, or unlocked in Battle Pass
- These should always be obtainable for bigger price of appearance orders after getting unlocked in any way
- I don’t like the idea of unique cosmetics, better to not add them
