Soviet marines and naval rifle brigades played crucial roles in the Battle of Moscow, Battle of Stalingrad and the Far East, and yet there is only 2 premium squads that represent them which is not enough for such an important part of WW2 history. I suggest adding more of their uniforms to all campaigns either for all squads or for specific classes.
I had a whole section written on this matter and the gold box but I deleted it as it was filled with my spite against that dreadful mechanic.
And also, you are wrong, the example I suggested for the Far East has a different inscrpition and is different from the premium one in that regard. There are many different inscrpitions, enough for all campagins.
And if you say that they are too similar as an argument then you are wrong again, there are many “premium” customization options that are identical to the default ones. And also it would not be the first time that “premium” customization would be added to the default pool.
And with that logic all pilotkas should be removed from the default pool just because some premium squads come with it.
I own a lot of premium squads and would not mind seeing their customization open to more people, the idea that such basic gear should be locked behind a double paywall is quite ridiculous.
Cant have muh “premium” clothes be soiled by regular people using their peasant customization orders!!!
This is not a big enough difference from the one we have on PPSH parkerized which was added to the box… no one is paying attention to the inscription but to the very unique style sailor cap.
You are correct… but that is not a reason to just basically rip the one you currently have to spend gold on to purchase and add it for app order.
I’m familiar with this… the cap with goggles was previously only on the suomi squad… and then added to all squads… that is such a small thing though i don’t think it’s the same as the very distinct one we have for parkerized squad… which again you have to pay gold for.
This feels like a workaround to get that cap for free… to act like the inscription is such a major change, enough to distinguish it from the one we have is honestly disingenuous… how would a player know if they are using the tech tree one like this or paid for the parkerized hat? Answer, they wouldn’t!
Most players of this game are english in which case most likely don’t even know the russian language… granted this games development team is based there.
And again yes you have a point… the new overcoats with the camo tunics we have for germany were taken from things like the prem biker squad and mg 42 early

Honestly, yeah. I paid to equip some squads with the sailor cap as ridiculous as it looks with the customization we have and to just get one added to the normal pool seems like slap in the face.
The ones we have now were not present with this new box mechanic… and while you may dislike it doesn’t mean you can ignore it.
So yes, the inscriptions are different and we have had premium customization added to the tree before… however currently with this being an item you have to pay gold for… i disagree.
It is the most basic headgear that soviet naval infantry used expecting it to be solely locked behind gold is quite nonsensical.
This was the reason I suggested that these uniforms could be locked to specific squads similar to the german luftwaffe field troops in Berlin which would make the ones you bought still available to all squads and not a complete “waste” of your gold.
And of course there is more unique headgear that can be added, but it was less common than the basic black beskozyrka, so it would make even less sense to add into the default customization, but since some people would be too opposed to them I guess these can be added instead:
