It’s because they rolled back the old faces of those soldiers (there was a mess up with the latest update).
Simply replace the soldiers that have different uniforms with other random soldiers, then repeat the process, but this time with the soldiers you’d like to see back in your squads.

I changed it for another one in this squad and it was corrected , if it happened in another one I 'll try to do the same , thank you
