Imagine that a player that reached max level on a random campaign and the person got into a match with 30% of bots and rest of them are below campaign lvl 10 players . Do you think thats fair ?? For me, i dont think so. But sadly, it was happening right now . New players cant even compete with high level players , they just get bullied for somehow .
Actually , we don’t mind waiting for a few minutes to get into a match when theres matchmaking.
I know a 13 year old that can do well with only mp40s, g43s and the Jagdpanzer 4

Matchmaking is a must. I keep getting teams where they are all bots or new/shit players so I end up getting steamrolled because they can’t hold their own. It’s become so frustrating that I’ve pretty much stopped playing the game until some form of matchmaking is implemented
I like variety, so I don’t mind mixed lvls. In fact I enjoy it: keeps me on my toes, I never know what my enemy will bring on the field.
Even when I was under 10 in some campaigns I loved kicking higher lvl ppls butts with my starter rifles. Or exploding their top tier tanks with tnt. Made the game exciting.
But it’s good at higher lvl too: I DON’T have to ONLY use meta squads to compete. Riflemen using simple bolt actions is something I enjoy a lot, it would be impossible to do vs only other high try hards playing meta (smgs and lmg spam).
Which is why, it’s ok to leave a match when you see your team, or the enemies, is unsatisfactory. Better than quitting the game entirely because it becomes a try hard sweat fest.

My main campaign is axis Normandy, full level there, and i die with one shot most of the time at the hands of low level players… why? cuz all the weapons hit really hard, and if i spawn a panther? no problem, i have an army of dudes running to me with explosives packs, its like playing serious sam lol.
Now im playing soviets Berlin with a friend and no problem at all finishing top 3, even my noob friend is top 3 most of the time (he was so happy when he destroyed 8 tanks in a match, 2 of them were tigers). So the problem IS the playerbase, a bot plays the objetive, most of the players don’t.
