Hey friends,
Is anyone having an issue selecting faces across multiple campaigns? I am trying to purchase the same face six times for multiple different campaigns, and I am completely unable to pick the face that I would like, it shows that I have already purchased it, which is incorrect because I would like to purchase, one of the faces for all of the campaigns so whenever I enter a battle in that specific campaign, the face for my soldier that I would like is selected. I understand that the customization update, removed the ability for clothing, items or faces to transfer from campaign to campaign, I am not asking for that, I am asking for the ability to purchase the same face six times for six different campaigns For the same individual soldier.
I made a bug report form post on the report page, and I am hoping I get a response soon because I have been told multiple times that this is not an issue and it very much clearly is.

The faces seem to have come back for me. Albeit for the ‘campaign’ for which I originally purchased them lol. Don’t know if you have noticed it or not but sometimes the Japanese faces look a lot well textured in-game than how they how look in the menu screen. They should look into fixing this to be honest. I remember making a post about this subject on Reddit. Currently, the Japanese faces look like clay figurines at best.

Yes, the Dave has reached out to me personally, and the issue has been resolved. The customization faces have all been sorted, and faces are able to be used in the campaigns. I have been using one face on one soldier, and every campaign that I can play in as the Germans that face currently works. Purchase per face goes across all campaigns. The faces and clothing options are both separate in my understanding and in my experience. Again, I personally have seen this issue resolved in game.

I see. Let’s hope that they fix the clothing ‘bug’ as well.
