It increase the probability of you hit a enemy at 7000m
so, you basically upgrade an already upgraded rifle to become…
something.

This one has been bugged for awhile. In Moscow you cant upgrade it, in Tunisia you can but it doesnt change anything really and now in Stalingrad we have this.
The reload speed upgrade is only thing that matters tbh.
