there is a perk wo give you aim stability if you recive damage

Yep. But other than that it is pretty hard to aim while on fire… at least after the last flamethrower buffs.

surprisingly FG is fine.

Any automatic weapon in CQC is fine enough in certain situations. Same can sometimes be done even with SMG.
However, it is much less likely to happen than before.

every gun sway like crazy. it’s just you can spray&pray using fullauto while on fire
