Is it a ten shot magazine
that is it loaded from the bottom all at once like
the g41 svt-38 svt-40 zh-29
or is loaded with stripper clips like the
type4 gw41 johnson 1941
because if its loaded all ten bullets at once its br4 not br3
all 10 rounds semi-auto mag feed or stripper clip feed needs to be in BR3

sure when the US and Japan have a 10 round magazine fed tech tree
oh joy that means Garand goes to br2 as she/he has not but 8 rounds
unless you mean joygasm a ten round garand
nice try but garand is the equivalent of soviets SVT38 and gemans g43.

u know what i dont mind garand in BR2. finally a alternative weapon for the M1 carbine

how they reload in the same time
down/kill in the same number of shots
have the same accuracy
but the svt-38 and g43 have 10 round magazines
and if youre counting it ill trade the bayonet forr the g43 loosing 2 rounds from its magazine if it become br3

u know what i dont mind garand in BR2. finally a alternative weapon for the M1 carbine 
so german has a better sa at br3 g41 and 43
while the us has the johnson at 3 and the garand at 2
i guess i know what br i am playing
and the hei late at br3
garand and thompson at br2 us will dominate that br but now gut stomped in br3 
Keep in mind that Type hei (late) has 13.9 damage which is less than BR2 Fedorov 1912 and its just an old BP gun you cant even buy anymore so I think the BR change for it was fair and in no way will make BR3 any worse for Allies.
so it takes 2 shots to down/kill a us/uk soldier
What makes this weapon really powerful is the very low recoil, I don’t think these Japanese magic recoils make any sense, type otsu should be nerfed too.
