Absolutely not true it was used there is no evidence for that the fact that there is adjustable gas port suggests that they needed to adjust it. Even to clean the gun you need to adjust it really the gas port adjustment was done for many many purposes from changing to different type of ammo to changing the purpose will you use it for stationary use or moving or depending even is it dirty and the condition that is in the main reason is to control the recoil not to increase the rate of fire. This entire theory that adjustable gas port should not be adjusted is stupidity.
Not increase rpm? So why do you want the type 99lmg to have higher rpm if the gas ports weren’t used to do that?
Cuz in this game they cant make weapons realistic in this game higher RPM weapons are better in reality its the opposite.
This game shouldn’t be a fantasy game though, it should balance around the facts not make stuff up.
Well then nerf half the guns and start with STG 44 since Type 99 can shoot with RPM of 850 while STG cant shoot with RPM of 650 by no realistic way. One weapon has adjustable gas port that allows it the other well it doesn’t no matter how you are trained it wont start shooting faster…

ahh now we come to the real issue Type 99 was not done right it was not given nothing for its nerf it just got nerfed that leaded to KE7 being used over Type 99 where is the realism in that?
