The Type 95 Ro-Go is the saddest heavy tank i have ever seen even more so than the Italian late war mediums, cough heavies. The 12–35 mm armor would embarrass even medium tanks only the 22kph fits the heavy tank model.

Started in 1931 the tank was already obsolete before it ever saw a battle field. Like the T27 it was best suited for taking out pill boxes and field artillery rather than fighting other tanks. Technically it is not a 75mm at br1 it is only 70mm lol.
The type 95 was a further evolution of the type 91 multi turret heavy tank. The front machine gun and 57mm cannon was replaced by a 75mm cannon and 37mm cannon. the armor was increased and the weight climed from 18 to 26 tons. a crew of five was needed to man all the weapons it mounted poorly.
At br1 i see only the 38mm having both ap and he while the 70mm gun would have ap preventing it from being a he slinger. at br2 the 70mm cannon would get ac3ss to both he and ap. the tank is slow and thin skinned making it a good choice with its many cannons to shew up infantry. It could be possible to tank on tanks across the br1-3 spectrum but given its thin skin and high profile it would me a magnet for every at weapon in the game.
