One is about the normandy axis tier III assaulter squad, the upgrade options of MP43 and StG44 is missing. As I had completely upgraded this squad, I cannot upgrade my mp43 or stg44 in the test server now.
(In the new progression system , the upgrade options these two are moved to the assaulter IV squad , but they should also be retained in the former squad, just like other guns do.)
The other issue is in the Japanese tank tech tree.
For example, I had already unlock the tier II tanker squad , which owns the type 98 light tank.
But in the test server, this tank is missing, and the squad is equipped with the new ho-ni. The tech tree shows I already have this squad ,but I cannot use the new tank and also cant find where to start researching the new ho-ni.
they moved weapon upgrade trees, the yellow ones, from one squad to another without conserving the researched situation. the stg and mp43 were moved to the new assault squad you get with the mp43 research, so it counts as not researched.
this puts you in the situation where you can buy stgs for 5k silver, but cant upgrade them since it counts as not researched. even when you have upgraded ones in your inventory.
it actually goes both ways, you unlock things you didnt had like the johnson lmg moved to the normandy LMG squad, and loose some you did had upgraded like the browning 1919, moved OUT of the normandy LMG squad.
didnt checked every squad nor will i, but im certain we loose unlocks in the proccess, just judging by the general trend.

Well, that’s it, certainly it goes both ways, since i got the assaulter IV squad without researching them in moscow.
