Tunisia Campaign - honest thoughts

I would like to know how many people like me initially loved the CBT maps and thought this would be your next campaign, however after introducing Demolition, fighting parties of allied troops with stens and Bren’s well the game just became a frustration.

I mean I love Enlisted but c’mon the campaign line up really sucks, for axis I’m level 19 trying to push though, but the FW sucks, JU87 no tail gunners, semo has a good tank gun, but no infantry cover, although shell is pretty good against troops if got distance, it gets boring.

I don’t want to get frustrated with this game, but Tunisia really needs something.

I know the other campaign exist, but really wanted to level up axis on Tunisia at very least, before going back to allied in Normandy…

Honestly the equipment for both sides isn’t that Bad just that the maps suck and the entire destruction game mode as well

I always enjoyed it, but when they flooded it with F2P players after I had all the available toys, there was no challenge. I left when they released new levels in the campaigns that I had previously maxed.
ATM, looking for my next campaign to grind to the end.

Allies being more willing to use their trash gun than the axis sounds like a playerbase problem.

Italians and a potential tiger are what prompted me to choose the axis… But the reality was disappointing.

From my point of view Tunisia is not bad. Maps themselves are probably among the best in this game. It’s dreadful demolition mode, poor objective placement, engineer at level 9 and usual population imbalance that drag it down. In other words, the worst thing about Tunisia campaign is that it’s in Enlisted and made by Darkflow.

You would think that the devs would finally learn to stop making objectives, especially demolition objectives, be open-air, but nope.

Arty can still shut down certain points, and on demolition if it’s open air, a single mortar can make it impossible to touch the radio stack.

Ignoring game modes for a moment, I find the factions actually fairly well balanced (again, I can only go on my own data) but when I play either side, I have approx the same W/L ratio.
I enjoy the map for having points that I can maintain from a distance, as well as moments when I need to be CQC.

As for the game mode, while I enjoy destruction, It can at times be really hard for the attacking forces (IMO). This is only based on my experience so take that for what its worth, but think it needs tweaking, I just don’t know what needs to be tweaked more (Points closer together, reduced timer for both detonation and planting etc).
I’ll hopefully get a few more when I play tonight and maybe construct a proper post.

Otherwise, I do like it. It is fun to play with a mostly Italian team, and the first crack at using the British.

Yeah, that sucks to only Stuka not having a tail gunner! Literally unplayable.

Exacly what I stated on the Tunisia feedback topic:

Maps are boring, campaign its overall boring and I don’t enjoy it as much. I got bored in Tunisia after a few rounds. Vanguard (sorry for stating another game but it’s needed here) deserts looks so much better. Sadly. My eyes just hurt after few Tunisia rounds lol.

And, right now I have axis maxed out and level 20ish on allies. And not a single item was worth my time there…

Nothing beats the fun berlin axis and normandy content /fun in this game…

The Tunisia maps are enjoyable to me. The units and equipment? Not so much. I prefer playing a custom mission w/ Normandy units on the Tunisia maps.
