I play it every day, in fact it is hands-down my favorite campaign, and I have never seen it look like that picture you posted above

dont you worry, some players take time to be queued in the match or load
if no tanks , planes , etc in match, yeah bot match…
but i have noticed for a month or 2 players taking longer to get into matches…

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a match they didn’t have tanks or planes on it on the enemy side, sometimes you might only see one or two of them in action but for the most part there’s always some tanks or aircraft flying.
I always play on a North American server, during the day in North America Or basically late afternoon to early evening in Europe

But yeah I also love Tunisia, highest leveled campaign I have.

I also play this campaign every day. By far my absolute favourite.
Sometimes you are are an lonely ranger as an axis player, but that is quite rare, it depends on what time of day you play I guess.

Tunisia is definitely my favorite campaign as well! Love the equipment on both sides, and the maps are great: perfect mix of close combat and medium range engagements. The only campaign where I feel like flanking is actually an option. Bolt action’s are so fun and competitive to use as well.
Been hard going back to the other campaigns once I got into Tunisia.
I think you’re right… I couldn’t put my finger on it before, but there was something I really liked in Tunisia.
Apart from the nice buildings architecture, it’s the huge playing field that I love. Rally points are essential, flanking is possible from every sides of the cap (sometimes even from behind). It’s great for tank fights thanks to the higer range, and weaponry is just right (except axis small arms are a tad lackluster, it’s not as bad as Moscow: axis vehicles in Tunisia are good.)
Very enjoyable campaign.
