Tunisia ---- a campaign that is designed for snipers and campers?

I’ve been playing this game since CBT, and have never seen a place like Tunisia full of campers and snipers. Don’t want to spend one more second since I’ve maxed out in allies

This makes the game great, every campaign is different. You can’t expect full auto to be meta everywhere. :slight_smile:

I mean…It’s the only campaign in-game where snipers are actually kinda viable and what do snipers do most of the time ? Oh yeah, they camp.

Maxed Tunisia Axis and didn’t touch 1 sniper.

One of The first squad you have to use is the sniper

Never used it. I think my total minutes playing a sniper squad in this game is 2-3 minutes.

I quite like pushing with the carcano mod sniper rifle. Ofcourse not that great for clearing rooms but for objectives in the open pretty doable. The kar is too slow to reload and the Sniper 3 Carcano shoots just so slow…

I mean, the Axis in Tunisia have such bad snipers that they aren’t worth using.

The 7.35mm Mod 38 is great, but has a poor zoom scope so I use it as a DMR and rush in, rather than actually sniping.

The K98 is ok, but I only really play the Italian squads (with Italian guns)

The M91 is god awful, like does the sniper have arthritis or something, it’s got such a slow RoF (I think like 56rpm) that it takes a week to even empty a clip.
I use the squads, but not the actual guns.

The allies seem to snipe more, as they have decent rifles, which is usually why I seem to win as Axis a lot, their team doesn’t push to defend.

I mean, I’m not at all because I RARELY use them. In fact, the few occasions I do use them, it’s using the alternative sights or just as a close in weapon.

I despise camping in games, but seriously, the M91 Carcano is SO GOD DAMN SLOW.

Lower muzzle velocity, requires adjusting aim, I got no issue with them but that’s a matter off adapting, was pissed of at the M41 when I got into Tunisia also I think they should buff their damage cause they use round nose rounds which are way more nasty on impact and are basically a warcrime nowdays

Fair enough, The rate of fire on the Tier3 sniper is just pants in my opinion.
