So, you know how currently in the TT you’ll only find a couple of British squads and about a thousand American squads. I want to start sharing the love around more. Currently, all of the Rifleman squads are simply American squads, and for everyone who didn’t get them before the merge, they can’t be obtained anymore. So, this is my solution.

Ultimately there would be more squads in general and attached to relevant weapons a Commonwealth squad would be good attached to the SMLE, and a British squad attached to the Lee Enfield No 4. I like the history to the pacific theater squad up the top attached to the 1903A1 USMC, but i feel two US squads for the European theater is alright but would be cool to have some more variety. It would make sense to add some commonwealth infantry squads even at the expense of one of the existing squads getting replaced (preferably having all of the old ones plus some new ones would be better).

My vote would be for the Dev’s to just make some new British, Australian Canadian and Italian tech tree squads instead of changing existing squads. It shouldn’t be a huge task, just a willingness on their part to do so. However I doubt the Dev’s would make additional tech tree squads because they would view it as a no profit endeavor. If they did add more squads, they would want to make them premium.

I am absolutely against changing pre-existing squads nationality. I already use these squads in my american preset and i don’t want them to turn british all of a sudden
Instead i think we should get entirely new squads available for silver or alternatively allowing the player to change squad nationality with customization orders. Make it an option instead of forcing everyone to have their rifleman squads turn british

It’s not like they haven’t messed with the Tech tree before, we had a situation with the Browning Auto in the past when Guerrilla solders were introduced. They had to swap the priority around for the weapons so that way the new class weaponry was researchable first and the already existing weaponry was secondary and foldered. If they have this much control over things it shouldn’t be difficult to include more Commonwealth equipment in the TT and then move a squad that’s British to that equipment. I still think a high-powered stenmark V would be perfect for br3 that way we’re not stuck using a Thompson with low muzzle velocity. Yes we’re going to suffer with the rate of fire, but that’s where we can compensate with some damage and dispersion. On top of that I would choose the 32 round with a bayonet. Then in br4 include the 50 round version with a bayonet. This would allow us to have more commonwealth equipment, and maybe one of the squads can be moved to said equipment. We can already manually change a soldier’s nationality, so it’s easy to get Commonwealth squads we just can’t change the squad emblem or name, But I will say that’s a topic for another day.

Nah you wouldn’t lose them you just have to buy the new squad.
