Trucks for premium/event rifleman squads

All other premium/event infantry squads can create a rally point by now.

9-man rifleman squads were left out because there was no way to add an engineer to them.
Now, there’s a way around that limitation -
Basic trucks like Studebaker can be added to those squads, (with an option to spawn without truck as well).
Just increase max crew capacity to 18 from 15/16 currently, so other players can spawn even with other 9-man squad.

Interesting idea. But I would also like to see proper APCs for other factions in-game before that. The trucks are cool and all but they are not on the same level as the actual APCs. Maybe they can introduce a new class of riders as APC 2s and release two event squads for the same. Let’s see.
