It would be nice if the increase level order actually increased the soldiers level and not just awarded the XP needed to finish the level he is already on.

and kinda would like to the squad upgrade change order to upgrade to + 1 so u dont have to choose say like you 3 choices a radio man demo guy and sniper it should allow u 1 upgrade extra to the squad or 2 weapons and a back pack or it should allow for 1 extra upgrade
Aye, I used one just to see, as I have a tier IV that I would like to keep as I don’t have any more academy return orders, but all it does is increase their xp so all they get is a retraining point not a new level.
Na, this would make the orders and your squads extremely strong being able to have multiple choices from their upgrade trees. This is fine as it is IMO.

which is also good so people dont run around with level 5 and veteran troopers shooting lasers that never miss so im ok with them not giving levels out
