Based on traditional Japanese ethics and the historical practice of seppuku , it is highly unlikely and contrary to the established social order for the Emperor to act as a second (kaishakunin) for someone committing seppuku. So you will have to pick someone else @Valkay maybe he can be your second will you give him a hand or a sword in this case
