Ahahah well I play all the faction but only with Japan I have 1000 games. The soviets are my least played faction cuz like the Germans I played them in so many WW 2 games that im bored.
Well you cant bushido codes forbids that you are at the Emperors will so will you betray your honor and all the oath you have given to protect the Emperor it goes against the code if you shame yourself by speaking such high treason you must commit seppuku
Its not some democracy its build on tradition its build on feudal dictatorship some one from a lower class cant attack the emperor can’t even suggest it.

Imagine it like a restaurant you go to everyday, the people there know you, but nothing unordinary if you go to the other restaurant.
However the Emperor going to a restaurant is news, especially if its very unusual for a man of that prestige to go into a fast food place or Chinese.

Based on traditional Japanese ethics and the historical practice of seppuku , it is highly unlikely and contrary to the established social order for the Emperor to act as a second (kaishakunin) for someone committing seppuku. So you will have to pick someone else @Valkay maybe he can be your second will you give him a hand or a sword in this case
