Getting way too many fighter pilots in random troop drops. Not only are they difficult to train, but very limited in use, please adjust.

Pilots and tankers, never use them, they just keep filling up the reserve. Any way to sack them?

Yes mange squad (tank or plane ) select the reserve soldier you want to get rid of and at the bottom of his screen you should see a button that says send to the rear โฆ
at the moment the RNG system for bronze orders is totally worthless. If you are going to use a RNG then there needs to be some weight applied to the possible choices.
There appears to be none โฆ or maybe itโs weighted more heavily in favor of pilots and tankers for some unknown reason โฆ either way itโs worthless as it is and needs a lot of work โฆ
In the academy, when training troops, Put in 1x {a class you have too manny of} 2x {class you have too little of} and you will most likely get 1 higher rank of the class you put in 2 of

please fix this devs, at least give us the option to choose class from order or change the ammount of pilots to 10% droprate

This works like a charm.
Works 2/3 times. You canโt train soldiers you havenโt used though, they need their stars filled so this doesnโt apply to pilots for someone who never uses them.
