As title says, tonight is going to be México’s 215 Anniversary of Independence and it would be so cool if we had something to commemorate México’s contributions in WW2 with Escuadrón 201 that fought in the Pacific, flying P-47s over Philippines.

To be honest, I would settle for a Decal, that is already present in WT

I would love if one day we could have an event centered around Escuadrón 201, I think that the aesthetics are quite unique, coupled with the legendary Panchito Pistolas emblem haha

While I know this would be a LOOONG SHOT, it would mean a lot to me and I’m sure others from my country, this idea came out mostly because we currently have something similar in the way of the Premium P-51C for the Red-Tails, well I hope we can at least get the decal one day, I’d love to fly the P-47 RP-ing as a Escuadrón 201 pilot haha, well as always thank you for reading and ¡Viva México!

Probably more likely to get a camo in War Thunder than a squadron here - but that said thanks for informing us about Mexico’s contribution to the war, which I’d never heard of before!!

Yes! We’re very overshadowed and forgotten, I mean, I know we were not like THE minor ally but still, I think every country’s contribution to the war effort should be remembered and honored
