Time to Capture Points - Is it too short?

The time to capture points for Invasion seems way too quick. If a bomber lands one good run on the point by the time you have spawned back in as defenders the point is already capped. If the time to capture was longer we could have defenders trying to re-establish control over the point in a counter-attack but the way it is now if one squad gets on the cap unopposed it is captured in 15 seconds allowing no counterplay. Do you think this should be changed?

In some maps its too long already.
In berlin i have died in capzone, spawned bomber and killed every attacker with bombing without losing that cap.

Also some cap zones are pretty hard if defenders take good positions typically leaving attackers only one change to take it or they suffer too heavy casualties to win match

Edit: cap time varies between maps/caps so not all caps are 15 sec

Personally, i’d rather see cap time be around 45 seconds on a point, then defenders spawn with like 25 second interfaults, attackers 15 ~20. This way you get more of actual waves of assaults and counter assaults and might actually have to time to setup some defenses as a engineer.

But they might wanna give engineers some bangalores then as well to quickly blow threw fortifications.

For a game that seems to want to be a objective based team game, still feels way to much like a gun running game like CoD.

Yes, it’s way too quick. I’d rather see the attackers get more tickets and capturing being much slower. Invasion being over in 10 minutes is no fun regardless if I win or lose.

Depends on the map. DDay is normally a joke, which it really shouldn’t be. This is how a joke game would go:

The first bunker is lost when just ‘one’ guy throws a grenade in, then clears the room. The second point will be lost immediately, because most of the axis will try to push back allied forces on the first point, leaving 2nd point open. This repeats until the game is lost with 700 tickets left.

The worst invasion maps on Normandy:

  1. Ver Sur Mer - Easy mode for allied tankers
  2. Ruins of Vaux - Easy mode for allied bombers/rocketeers/artillery
  3. Dday - One John Rambo can capture the whole map

This is crazy, and if there isn’t any change in some aspects of the game meta Enlisted will die.

this when there are no players on the side of germany who can defend i can confirm that a lot of games on d-day and ver sur mer have ended up at the beach an unrivaled massacre on ruins of vaux usually ends either at the church and the second house

This game is already dying or is even dead when they prefer waste time on a boring event with trash rewards (a single saber on a single campaign lol) instead doing proper update.
There is less players every day and around 40 viewers on average on Twitch lol, maybe that’s why they slowed down the updates.
