Historical Background: The 75mm Armed Tiger
In late 1941, during the development of the VK 45.01 heavy tank program, Henschel explored two parallel turret configurations:

1: VK 45.01 (H) H1: Mounting the Krupp-designed turret with the 8.8 cm KwK 36 L/56 (which ultimately became the standard Tiger I).
2: VK 45.01 (H) H2: Mounting a Rheinmetall-designed turret (VK 45.01 Rh) armed with the high-velocity 7.5 cm KwK 42 L/70.

A full-scale wooden mock-up of the H2 turret was constructed in early 1942. This turret featured a streamlined, sloped cast-mantlet layout that directly influenced the design of the Panther Ausf. D/A turrets. The project was eventually abandoned in favor of the 88mm H1 variant, primarily due to the tactical preference for the heavier 88mm high-explosive payload and Krupp’s immediate production readiness.

Vehicle Characteristics in Enlisted:
Chassis & Protection: Standard early Tiger I (Henschel) hull with 100mm unsloped frontal armor and 80mm side armor.

Turret Armor: Rheinmetall prototype turret with a curved gun mantlet and sloped cheek geometry, similar in survivability to early Panther turrets.
Firepower: 7.5 cm KwK 42 L/70 with PzGr 39/42 (APCBC) and Sprgr 42 (HE).
Mobility: Powered by the standard Maybach HL 210 P45 V-12 petrol engine.

It Perfectly Fits Battle Rating IV because:

A Balanced Trade-off Against the Standard Tiger I (BR V):
The 7.5 cm KwK 42 offers exceptional muzzle velocity and armor penetration against Allied heavy tanks (like the Sherman Jumbo or IS-1), but suffers from significantly lower High-Explosive (HE) anti-infantry effectiveness compared to the 8.8 cm KwK 36. This trades pure infantry-clearing power for anti-armor precision, justifying a placement at BR IV rather than BR V.

Addressing the German Heavy Tank Gap at BR IV:
Germany currently transitions sharply from medium Pz.IVs / Panther G at BR IV straight to Tiger I / Tiger II at BR V. The Tiger H2 would serve as a natural transitional heavy tank at BR IV—delivering iconic heavy armor presence and long-range anti-tank capability while keeping its match-ups fair against Allied 76mm Shermans and T-34-85s.

Historical Alternative / Event Potential:
Because it only reached the full mock-up / blueprint stage, it serves as an ideal candidate for an Event, Gold Order, or Premium squad vehicle, appealing to history and prototype enthusiasts without disrupting standard progression.

I think the line separating whether or not a vehicle can be included is whether it actually reached the prototype stage. If you think this vehicle should be included, then the devs could also add the Flakpanzer 341, the Phanter II or the Konistiger 105 too in a future event. (If you’re gonna say that ‘They gave the Ho-ri to Japan’, yeah, because Japan lacks content, like really lacks content, Germany has a lot of vehicles that were not added to the game yet)

We also have the Tiger H1 at BR IV, there is no gap to fill with the addition of this vehicle to the game

I’ll focus more on tanks for lower BRs, but I’m completely in favor of introducing this type of tanks to the game.

There is no such vehicle in War Thunder, I think it’s difficult to achieve…

There is a new tank M6 made by Gaijin, it is br 5 and there is no gap to fill with the addition of it to the game, isn’t that right?

Of course it does, to give America something that can fight German heavy tanks at BR V, and be better than the Pershings we currently have. Not the ideal option to me, I would’ve prefered the regular M6 for BR IV or the T26E5. Most importantly the M6A2E1 did reached the Prototype phase, the T26E5 did as well, even the recently added Flakpanzer IV reached the limited production stage (never achieved because of allied bombings) and even one fought at Schpira, the Tiger H2 never reached that far.

Now, what gap would the Tiger H2 be fillinng considering we already have the Phanters A and D and the Tiger I (H) at BR IV? We do have a heavy tank for Germany at BR IV

Don’t think we really need more BR 4 german tanks as they have plenty already. Plus, it’s a prototype tank so i don’t like it. Also it doesn’t exists in Warthunder that means it’s unlikely to be added.

All tanks I post is not exist in WT.

Then you understand that the tanks you posted have almost zero chance to be added in Enlisted.
That’s just how things are, unfortunately.

The answer is very obvious, and i think you’d also know it why. I wouldn’t explain this in detail.

They did. For example, Both sdkfz half-tracks we have in the game already existed in WT(Not exactly as the same vehicle with current enlisted variant but they existed as the one with 37mm gun mounted and the other one as AA vehicle, making them much easier to be implemented in Enlisted)before it was added in Enlisted. Studebaker and GAZ AAA also existed in WT(As one of the map object in the game but the 3D modeling was all there) back then.

Japanese truck already existed as AA. As for universal carrier and Type 1 Ho-Ha, they are original vehicles in Enlisted. They are not the only original vehicles as well, HT-130 and Pz 2 (F), the flamethrower tanks are also original vehicles from Enlisted. But those are pretty much it. The rest of vehicles all ported from Warthunder.
