Hi,
Losing my in-game stats is already frustrating, so I created a support ticket regarding this issue ( Community Bug Reporting System ). I specifically requested that the ticket not be closed until the problem was fully resolved. I waited patiently for several days without sending repeated follow-ups, understanding that the team might be busy.
However, today my ticket was closed as “solved”, even though my stats and achievements are still not restored. Since the ticket was locked, I cannot reply or reopen it to indicate that the issue remains unresolved.
I have created a new ticket for this problem. This is for the attention of the community managers and support team.

However, I’d like to point out that closing the ticket completely as “resolved” is misleading, since the issue is still being worked on. It would be better to keep the ticket open for updates and follow-ups while providing the current status.

It’s likely that user metrics are stored separately from the gameplay servers.
Issues like this can happen in any software system, and as a player I choose to be patient and show my support to the team. I don’t expect impossible tasks to be solved instantly, but I do expect the situation to be handled with proper communication and management based on mutual respect.

After I opened another ticket about my progress reset issue, this is the reply I received from Gaijin Support.
The support specialist suggests that I either deleted my account or played the game with another account, and says that otherwise it is impossible to lose progress.
Could someone please clarify if I am misinterpreting this? What should I do now to make it clear to Gaijin that my player stats were actually reset on my account?

The progress cannot be lost, all data is protected and backed up.
Loss of account progress is not possible, if you logged in to the game and you do not see your progress - then you played the game with another account or you deleted your original account.
Please try to remember if you registered other accounts in our games.
Also, please specify the exact nickname of the account you previously played with, and list all emails you might have used to register the account.

they clearly dont play the game or check forums of current issues, glitches, and bugs.
I would say keep sending them new tickets if they keep closing it till you get someone that actually plays the game and cares about enlisted because gaslighting the players is hilarious.
explain to them that you have not changed accounts because you play on console and it was a server glitch that caused stats to disappear on the user side and give them the exact enlisted in game name so they can’t say youre a brand new account.
