If you try to throw grenade back, it will disappear from the ground and will be “added to your inventory” only to blow up as usual.
I tried to restore default controls, tried to bind it to another button - nothing helps.
It is a little finicky, especially on console. They’ll tweak it eventually I hope. In reality I think throwing back a grenade is also really difficult.
