It would be cool but it would also create balancing issues.
Every point would end up a crater. There’d be nothing left to attack/defend. 
Not really, first of all the range of its spigot mortar is quite short so it can’t counter stuff that is too far away.
It did have a massive tnt equivalent of 17.7kg. But the projectile mass is only 18.1 kg which means the number of fragments won’t be that good comparing to an average 15cm round that has double the projectile weight.

It would be nerfed anyways and the i doubt it would make any problems in high BR!
This gun isnt really small as well the ISU-152 is allready in the game!
