I always thought it was a glitch…
I had a lot of fun with them when I used to actively lvl axis Tunisia (now maxed).
Their semi rifle is quite good, and their radio makes em stand out a lot (well duh look at it). But it’s not a bad thing for me. I also used them before devs nerfed radiomen squad into being uninteresting.
Shame they can’t attach a flag to their radio antennas

We need Italian uniforms, now! Not tomorrow. It was a top squad before they nerfed artillery. Now it’s ok.
Btw, you can swap radios. And also give this antenna radios to regular radiomen in any other squad.
