Definitely not the rarest. Literally just old BP reskin of TT vehicle. And it is still obtainable trough silver boxes.
Stalingrad’s Legacy tanks or premium copy paste vehicles (such as premium Pz III N and so) are definitely more rare.
I believe panzerbefehlswagen 4 premium from berlin is the rarest. It is just normal pz 4 with nearly useless side armour so not many people bought it. It was also overpriced while panther and jagdpanther were cheaper. Only collectors bought it making it extremely rare to encounter
I kinda doubt it. It’s as rare as other similar premium vehicles that weren’t for sale since merge.
But I have some other candidate for most rare tank. Demon Sherman.
The tank was so ugly (before it got second more HA friendly camo) that not many people bought it.
It is a little different since many other tt copy tanks let you skip grind like normandy panzer 4j or moscow panzer 4e or were extremely cheap like tunisia a13 and m13. The panzerbefehlswagen was just overpriced starter tank. As for daemon m4a2 i have seen it maybe twice so it is also really rare

The Italian M13/40 is my guess for the rarest tank in game, I have maybe noticed it in around 3 battles since 2021.

Because it’s just bad and not fun to play. I own the premium version, and yet I don’t bother to include it in my Italian lineup.
Many people will have gotten it out of the lootbox but since those who can afford the mox dont really need a BR 1 skin for an armored car they do no have a reason to use it in battle.
So the amount of owners might be suprisingly high unlike with old and overprised premiums that were discontinued.
