Yea this is an issue people keep places the most ridiculous spawn placements >w> then precede to camp there and not push the objective.
Some of the objectives on some of the maps need to be looked at, this map is very difficult to attack on the first and last points due to the lack of cover to place a rally behind. As we can see from the example, there are few locations to place a safe rally near the objective for attackers while the defenders have plenty of cover from their spawn to the objective.
