I remember that my highest score is about 15000 or 12000, but I’m not very sure.
I think it should be an Invasion mode attacker with teammates not willing to get into point, and a map where your tank can see enemy spawn point (monastery or some Tunisia or Bulge maps) or a cap point good for HE spam while your enemy still willing to get into it.
Wonder anyone ever got 20000 score in 1 battle?

I’m getting ±10k here and there

But I think my best documented score is 13,363

My best was 15 000 because enemy team was spamming bomber calls. You need to be very lucky with matchmaking to even get 10 000

Not to brag but I think I just beat my best documented score:
16k points
32 vehicles
(3x5 bomber raids, 7 tanks and a few others)

I would say that airfield, gavutu and quarry are the best maps for these scores. They favour vehicle players a lot
