I wonder, is there a game out there that takes place on this very specific level…? As in, a battlefield, and the adjoining coast…?
“Command: Modern Operations” is the closest one that comes to mind for me, though its graphics leaves… something to be desired.
However, I doubt Enlisted, even if Big Action Mode was a thing, would ever be set up to handle such a battle scenario.

In this image, a German heavy 200mm mobile howitzer fires at the first battleship, a German heavy 200mm gun in a concrete bunker built by an engineer fires at the aircraft carrier in the center of the image, and a German submarine hits a landing ship below. Elsewhere, a German mobile mortar fires at the landing troops. The radio operator calls for a large aircraft, from which the players can bail out because their numbers are dwindling.
Meanwhile, the radio operator is American, because in invasion mode, the attacking side runs out of players, while the defenders have unlimited forces. He can call in planes whenever he wants, every 3-5 minutes, and players can jump out of them, turning defeat into victory, or at least pushing their luck, because there’s a huge imbalance in invasion mode.
