It is actually on the server. Click their name. Go to their profile. In the top right corner will be a thing that says “Normal”. Click it and select the new option.

Personally I don’t like to ever ignore because its very rare that someone actually contributes absolutely nothing. Even people I disagree with on a lot of things have some good ideas.

Most of the time the people making such bad suggestions you want to ignore them require the community to dislike their posts massively to not give the devs any weird ideas. And we cannot do that if we cannot see their posts in the first place. At that moment only the people who like the idea will see it and then like it. Which will be a bad situation for all of us.

You can mute a person - you do not have to actually ignore them.
And IMO a “popular vote” system here is just leading to increased toxicity and less useable content overall - not to anything useful for the dev’s to consider either way.
If you use the forum ignore function, it will hide all of their posts.
Can I ask you, who do you want to ignore?
I suggest you to never ignore anyone and hear what these guys have to say

It’s okay to ignore someone if he writes hate comments in PM
But it’s always better to confront people you don’t agree with instead of letting them send whatever they want to devs
