In the game, it is understandable to quit in some specific situations.
Because some players are forced by the matching system to participate in the game of absolute disadvantage, or some players are not allowed to complete the game under some circumstances.
but Some have anti-human and anti-social behaviors. They only torture their teammates through passive fighting for fun. Or they have to choose a holiday in the match fight. Or they will have 1001 reasons to withdraw without restriction until they meet the narrow map, mode and situation they can accept. However, this locust behavior is not enough for - 30% exp punishment. Because they don’t care about the profit of the game they quit, even if it is - 100%. And they don’t care about those who are forced to use the card d by the system.
so this bug may be suitable for them.
My idea is that there are different ways to deal with different situations: for the players who join in the middle of the game, they need to increase the rewards, especially the players who join in the middle of the game get the hero medal, and even they win the game! For midway exit: different processing methods need to be distributed according to the specific situation.

people mostly quit (including me) when they got steamrolled, because it’s not fun, and if not fun = quit. Any points and rewards wouldn’t make me wanna not to have fun, so i think it could be solved by improving matchmaking so that you won’t be matched 5vs10, or console vs PC, what happens frequently.

i know it’s better to work out Q3 and Q2,then to work for Q1.
