This is not realistic at all; it makes no sense to stay like this, and even less so to not be able to get out. With the weight of a tank, it should only fall to one side.
I was on the Dday map I wanted to smash my computer at the problem it was getting the tank to any point that would be useful. Got stuck on everything. To be fair this game does a far better job at this element than a game I use to play called heroes and generals. It was a game where an invisible rock could topple a tank like it was made of balloons.
The way for these tankers to solve that problem back then would be carrying logs on the side of the tank.
Since these devs don’t care about this game at all so… This garbage is what we have to deal with now.
The good new is there are a lot of exciting new games coming out soon.
First you have to get them thinking.
Or, well… you know… just avoid the bloody obstacles!!
It’s not like the D-Day map is new - people have been bringing tanks to that beach since 6 June 2020 - and while some people hate it IMO that beach invasion map is one of the absolute classics - I still love to get it as attacker or defender, but alas it is all too uncommon now.
But back to the topic - people have been bringing tanks on it since then - and it is SUPPOSED to be hard for them - that was the point of the beach defences after-all!! But it is far from impossible and if you’re not up to the challenge then perhaps stick to infantry instead!
It’s one thing to encounter anti-tank stars or hedgehogs, but it’s another to have a random obstacle that they copied and pasted all over the map to make it faster, fill it up, and avoid the work of detailing…
The “detailing” of the obstacles in this game is extremely garbage, the obstacles are ridiculous as is the hitbox of the game in general.
You defend the game as if it were feeding you, aren’t you an infiltrated dev?
Watch the video again and see how ridiculous it is that a tank almost 8 meters long, 3.28 meters wide, and weighing 30 tons is left in that position by a turret half its size. The model of the tanks and obstacles is poorly sized.
It’s easy to realize this when a soldier easily reaches a 4-meter tank.
Suppose the soldier is 2 meters tall, this will allow him to be in the middle of the tank, but each soldier is the same size?
And that’s not the funniest part, the example in the photo is an M10 and the one in the video is an M36, not much, but there is a difference in height.

tanks in enlisted drive like they’re cardboard boxes that weigh 50 kilos, they get stuck on tiny pebbles and have zero traction
Easy to put you into the ignore list for such a stupid comment! lol
Have you read the stupid things you post sometimes? xD
If you had ever driven tanks in the old Stalingrad campaign you would understand.
What is actually stupid is huge, armored vehicles getting stuck on wooden boxes and small pieces of debris.
