people keep spawn killing me with barbed wire when i play as germany and only when i play as germany

lol. How far is the rally point from the objective? if you keep running into this issue I would suggest slowly pushing up to the point instead of rushing it so if you did see enemy near the rally you can kill them.
Also try placing rally points around the 60m mark so the enemy cant build barbwires on it or spawn in APCs instead. It might be your own teammates doing it

Do you mean that someone has placed barbed wire on your respawn point or are you referring to that indestructible, tormenting barbed wire on the map?

Thats why I still let every soldier carry explosive charges - personally I think they have become quite worthless against tanks, but they are still nice at destroying sandbags, barbed wire and APCs.
Barbed wire spam is quite effective, I see more and more players doing it, which is great in my opinion.
I think its cool when more people actually use the build system to fortify objectives - tank barriers are still OP though. The devs really should change tank barriers so that they can only be built outdoors. Blocking building entrances with them breaks the AI, which is simply unfair.

Kill tanks all the time with explosive pack. I have learned to do a cook off (7 count) and hit it at the right spot.

Well low BR Germany is getting bullied no matter what. When the enemy gets to build barbed wire at your rallies then the enemy is pretty much just trolling at this point - they could have just as well placed mines on top of said rally.
Dont wanna get bullied by good players? Go rush the TT and try to unlock a BR4 weapon or vehicle as fast as possible - all the good Germany players are playing high BR matches, your win chances will at least double when queueing in BR4 or BR5 - even if all you can bring is bolt action rifles.
