Only one man had StG 44 but he was always on Tiger. We could have won if these deserters just hide in the cap. Enemy had no paratroopers and mainly got bolt-rifle and MP40. But they were willing to attack and won.
Simply looking at those deserters, no rally points no kill in defend and no vehicle kills. Some just desert without trying. They only wanna grab some noob AI in easy game.
When I browse the forum, many says ‘I don’t care win or lose, so I just enjoy easy or tough games.’ But I think there are too many babies in game that only like candies and hate all bitter things.
I used to feel guilty when I kill active players in a nearly-all-AI easy game. I think those with 6/11 KD were poor. But now I realized they deserve that. When they become your teammates, they will never feel sorry for lagging.
And if possible, I believe gamepad players should have independent server, this would be better for both keyboard and gamepad players.

Yeah, but you could’ve won if you were just a little bit better as well. 
We do. All you have to do is turn off crossplay (as a console player). The thing is that all the GOOD console players know this. That’s what most PC players fail to realize is that they never even see the good console players, only the ones that have never looked through their options or even controls for that matter. (The default controls on console are a mess.)
Agree. I believe the default option will be ‘crossplay on’, a trick that sacrifice console and PC players to obtain the so-called ‘active players’.
And according to a recent data by clawn, in the certain period, 8420 players take part in Enlisted and over 3000 of them are gamepad player.

You always try to say something ‘different’ in order to show you are ‘distinguish’. But I have to say that you are a normal player that I even have never heard of you or ever impressed me in game. Maybe you are exactly the one who need more practice before make valuable comments.

deserters should receive a rank penalty, at least minus 20 in rating. And in the case of repeated (more than 3 times in 48 hours) precedents - by blocking units for the duration of the battle.
Summary
And yet people say Enlisted is p2w because grinding to top tier take too long i guess they are the ones deserting unlike those guys that kicked your team’s ass with nothing but bolties and mp40s.

That’s interesting to hear. Every time I get into the conversation of active players, PC in comparison to Console, everyone acts like the numbers of PC players is 10x what console is.
In my experience, that is exactly what the case is. My buddy that is completely f2p and plays through almost every single game, doesn’t have too much issue leveling (according to him).

Can I just give up this useless rank right away? Let the fans of the ranks khm… on their ranks, hang in the blocks and etc. I’m deserting battles in which I don’t see a chance of winning, what’s the point of playing and getting nothing? For defeat without premium account, you get just nothing. Except that you can achieve first place in the team, but firstly, you are not the only one, and secondly, when you are crushed by automatic weapons and tanks, and you have only a pathetic bolt action rifle, there is no chance. So what’s the point?

Yeah I agree that there should be more drastical method to decrease the deserters. But the matchmaker now is not fair and players should have the right refuse to take part in a match that already began a few minutes. And last night I meet an 1 Vs 9 game, and I absolutely deserted. If the matchmaker could do better, I would like to at least have a try. But 1 vs 9? No way.
So we expect the merge would make some difference.
Quitting a bad match versus quitting the game entirely, take your pick there instead of addressing what causes desertion in the first place.
Just another member of the anti deserter faction that wants more drastic punishment like its a competitive game even when the devs tried to make it more competitive with the ranking system but reality is it just makes the game more toxic.
Oh getting your hopes up with the merge I see, I don’t think the merge is going to fix anything related to the playerbase even worse if the devs introduce a new mechanic that promotes toxic gameplay even further. Meta factions will remain a thing.
Also not addressing the root cause of desertion is not gonna fix anything.
