Okay, look at the bottom right, we can see my rifle, my grenades, my knife, some empty spaces where I could have a secondary and side-arm, and then my med-kit. However there is no icon for med-kits, instead the box is blank, like the empty spaces.
I would think it would be nice to have an icon for med-kits in game, and when you run out, only then does the icon disappear.
I think it would make the HUD more consistent, and it would make it a little easier to tell if you have any med-kits left. Say you have a small screen, or poor eye-sight, it may be difficult to read the number that tells you if you have any med-kits left. With an icon it would be as simple as a short glance to the bottom of the screen, you would see the icon and know that you have a med-kit.
