There is no server with serious teams playing AXIS on Berlin and Tinisia.
On ALL Servers, AXIS are fewer and mostly inexperienced players.
Do something to balance it if possible.
Lol what? I recently started playing allied Berlin in EU and it’s bunch of maxed out King Tiger guys all the time vs. mainly noobs.

It mainly depends what server your on at what time, on US sever berlin axis pops around the evening while allies dominates in the morning
Huh? So why i’m seeing waves of (almost) unkillable PzIVF2 all the time? Tunisia Allies are unplayable if you don’t have at least Sherman (Grant is not enough with awful hull cannon that has no depression or usable rotation) and multiple high lvl weapons. Thompsons are barely enough
Currently Tunisia seems to be balancing out, but Berlin I’m wondering why the guy’s complaining, Axis is DOMINATING there
Id argue that the counter you are looking for isn’t a tank.
PZ IV has 50mm max armor, it is definitely not unkillable, the first tank can easily kill it.

Honestly there is a large influx of new players overall, so its not overly surprising you have having troubles with bad teammates. They especially seem to gravitate to Tunisia and Pacific when starting out in my experience. (There was a youtube video a little while back that was brought to my attention, detailing they were the best campaigns to farm logistics orders in. Therefore new players are opting to grind there.)
As far a “serious teams” go, there seems to be a pretty serious lack of people trying to work as a team in general right now. Especially with console, where we don’t really have any way of communicating with the players on the other platform.
Overall, its extremely difficult to get teammates to make use things that are done to help them out, like MG nests. If I could get players to use them when I place them, or sandbagged peakholes even, they would likely do a lot better. Though right now it seems that the main focus is making solo players more proficient and throwing teamwork out the window.
The phenomenon of disadvantaged factions suddenly changing is strange.
Not long ago, the Italians in Tunisia always had more players, and the Allies kept losing.
But now it has turned around.

I like to enjoy EZ games with a favorable team at the end of the day.
The Tunisian axis was a relaxing zone for me.
One day the coalition soldiers got so horribly strong that they beat me up and all I could do was cry like a 7 year old.
I am currently seeing a big influx of players to Axis berlin on EU servers, most likely aiming to unlock Tigers and STGs before Progression 2.0 drops and said Tigers and STGs might be millions of XP away.
Try find people in the Discord? I don’t play belrin or tinisia so I can’t comment more than that

So what’s a good time and server to find good AXIS teams, beacause trully I’ve tried all servers and different hours, but it’s like a 15% of matches where you can find some team mates that knows what to do and how to play on BERLIN and TUNISIA .
Not even ONE SERVER with players that know what to do and play ESPECIALLY for Battle of Tunisia > AXIS.
NOT ONE ! Extremly noob teams only.
To max Battle of Tunisia > AXIS you have to play 500 matches since they are lost with such teams
