You need a poll
every suggestion needs a poll, otherwhise the suggestion will be closed.

Please find this in Options, and turn it on
This in theory would allow only your squad members and squad group to access your vehicles

You can turn it off in the settings by the way “only squad members can use vehicle” something like that… ahh yep as shown above.
