Probably because 90% of the playerbase agreed that USSR needs a tank with faster reload like IS100 or T-44-100.
Other than that, there is not much to do or complain about since as far I as know, reload speed of a tank was never tweaked in Enlisted.
You need to compain about that on WT forum.
Its only slightly better than Mauser C96, it hardly counts as an advantage, let alone something as significant as damage reduction.

Ragebaiting aside, its available to all factions and is a small gimmick that only gives a minor tactical advantage to the player (since bots run at the same speed so they will just lag behind and be vulnerable if you rush forward).
Its very easy airplane to counter. At BR V only its payload is super good but the plane is hard to compare with Jets. I never had problem with P47 in my matches let me tell you xD
Everytime I play. In this game critical - how fast you can reach a point, so yeah - I probably can offer my myth 10 % to unlimited swords. That is more important option for sure
Reaching points faster doesn’t mean you will win the point not to mention the rest of the squad is not using this boost and all factions have swords…its literally same complain like Japanese spawn points are smaller xD It really depends on the type of match and the strategy of your team how fast you reach a point is not that important even. If you see you are getting blitzed organize defenses on the next point. If you rush points without having the logistics to build spawn points well you are not gonna win this point…
