The tank commander peers out of the hatch

After riding in a Type 97 medium tank in the Japanese military, I felt that when the commander stuck his head out of the hatch, his face was too low and it was difficult to see ahead.
So I wish the commander could adjust the height at which he sticks his head out of the hatch. Sticking his head out lower would make him less likely to be sniped, and sticking his head out higher would make it easier to see what’s going on around him.

In my opinion every vehicle where a soldier is exposed could have an option to lower himself for cover using same button as for prone, it for example could make pilots and bike drivers much less vulnerable too. I think it would make sense as its a realistic reaction to take cover when in danger
